Leigh Heflin opened Heflin Building Systems, L.P. in 1987 after being actively involved in financial building design and construction since 1974. This experience provides the foundation for project control that is so necessary for successful project completion. Over the years, hundreds of projects consisting of new construction, remodeling, and lease modular buildings became reality.
